Brussels Grand Prix 2017

The Brussels Grand Prix is an international athletics meeting that exists since 2008. The objective is to offer as many athletes as possible the opportunity to achieve a great performance on the mythical track of the King Baudouin Stadium. The organisation does everything possible to offer optimal conditions to achieve records and/or minimums for the international championships. More than 700 athletes came to the ultra-fast track of the Roi Baudouin stadium in 2017. Every year, the meeting moves up in the world all-athletics ranking (anchored in the top 100 since 2015). Brussels Grand Prix 2016

Brussels Grand Prix at high speed! For the 8th edition the Brussels Grand Prix has reached a new milestone. Favourable weather, a fast track and above all an optimal date made it possible to have the best edition in the history of the Brussels Grand Prix. The meeting was launched particularly well with a Belgian record. Jolien Boumkwo has indeed dethroned her coach Blondeel with 17m09 at the top of the national hierarchy. Even better, with this achievement she qualifies for the European Championships in Amsterdam.
