Brussels Grand Prix 2019

The Brussels Grand Prix is back for a new edition, the eleventh already!  This year, the organisers wanted to change the model. Organized on a Friday evening on August 23rd. The date was chosen according to the international calendar and more precisely, the World Championships to be held in Doha – from September 27 to October 6. The conquest of the WC standards will therefore be in the sights of the many athletes present. Not forgetting the other Belgians who, one week before the national championships, will be fine-tuning the final adjustments. The King Baudouin Stadium remains a landmark, a reference point for top level performances. Like last year, the meeting also offers a busy programme for the disabled athletes. The

Even better, with this achievement she qualifies for the European Championships in Amsterdam. On the 400m hurdles the Uruguayan Deborah Rodriguez was the fastest in front of European Junior Champion Nenah De Coninck who took the scalp of the Olympic Axelle Dauwens. 8 men went under 51 seconds

Brussels Grand Prix 2014

Plenty of great performances in the Brussels Grand Prix. The Brussels Grand Prix was ready for an improbable performance with an impressive starting list, probably the best since its inception in 2008.  Many international stars and national locomotives were present. Unfortunately, the rain was also present and king soccer also put a stick in the wheels. Starting with the magical trio Borlée at 400m. Kevin won this fraternal fight in 45.99, in front of Jonathan 46.31 and especially Dylan 46.44, who came close to the European standard. The 400 meter hurdles opened the international program with a first class performance by Stef Van haeren who qualified for Zurich with an impressive 50.05. The tone was set. Also top times on
